Hi Gurus,

I am creating the webservice from the function module in R/3 system.

This webservice should be consumed in 3rd party application.

The porblem is when the web service was created in se37, it is not having any service name defined.

Do I need to create Service Endpoint in SOAManager or is there is any configuration to be done in SOAManager.

Any help appreciated.

When you create the webservice, you give it an name. That name should appear in SOA manager. Have you activated the webservice on the ABAP stack?

while creating the web service there is a checkbox of DEPLOY SERVICE, if this checkbox is check the service Endpoint gets by default created.

if you havnt checked the checkbox then you have to create the endpoint in SOAMANAGER.
