SCOT - Error Report

We make use of SCOT to send out faxes and emails to our customers. Our Customer Service department would like to know, on a daily basis, which faxes and emails failed. Our BASIS department will not give Customer Service access to SCOT, therefore, Customer Service can't access the error report that is "build in" to the SCOT transaction.

So, I want to know if there is a function module or any way I can make that error report visible to those that don't have access to SCOT via a custom program?

Hi,

Check the Table SOES - SAPoffice: External send operation, which has the details, i think you get all the required details from this table, build a report fetching data from this table.

Also check table SOST - SAPoffice: Status log table.
