    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Rainer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as Sandra said it is a standard SAP query which is most likely not used properly by the end user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You have to find out the users running this (use st03, transaction profile, double clicking the "report" shows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the users that ran it) and get in contact with them (how do they use the query, do they put in all relevant filters,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what are they trying to achieve with it and how do they do it and so on...)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hermann&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have programnames in the list of the shared cursor names like&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AQ90SD==========SD65==========&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of programs are those entries? This list is taken from our productive system AP1 client 090. Why do i have AQ1090 in front of it? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This "report!" creats one billion buffer gets, uses 63 million seconds execution time while it was executed only 92 times?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone enlighten me on how to improve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;//Rainer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Standard !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sandra&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Rainer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in ST03 you can use the "Last minutes load" option as well. In the sql cache in ORACLE you have time stamps (last active time, load time, ...) of the cursor.
