Hi All,

I am working on a project where we need to submit all the screen shots of a complete transaction as a part of testing. So we need to take a screen shot of every screen with time stamp and paste it in word file.

I was thinking to develop a program which will call any trasaction and by running through that trasaction all the screen should be captured automatically in a word file.

Gurus do you know any screen capturing option in SAP by which I can press Print Screen button on keyboard and screen can be pasted in a word file.

Any pointer will be really helpfull.

Thanks,

Varu.

Edited by: Varunm on Aug 24, 2011 1:19 PM

Hi,

I think that you can not achieve what you want completely automatically. Otherwise you would have to modify (enhance) all used transaction to execute method CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES=>GET_SCREENSHOT in PAI or something similar. Much easier is to find some good, free screen capturing software.

Another semi-automatical solution is maybe to find some suitable print driver to fill word document with print output and user will have to use "hard copy" functionallity (in SAP toolbar completely on the right side) for each screen.

Regards

Adrian
