Copy a report

I have a report which contains many "includes" and I want to copy it to a new report .

I get it that we do it by a copy option which we already have . But the issue here is , when I am copying everything including the "includes" it says it is copied . But I do not see them in my new report .

Am i missing anything ?

Why copy (and rename) all those includes? Since these are separate ABAP objects, by design, why not just insert the include statement for these in your new report? Any, why the new report copied from the old? What's the point of doing that? Update/modify the existing report.

Did you select the rows with the row selector on the left, or just type in a new name for 'em?

need for COPY:- it was an existing report which I am not able to edit ( no permissions to edit ) so I want to copy the whole of it to a new report .

Yes I selected it while renaming the include .

include functions seperate . Now i tried changing this report from an executable program to Include but didnt work .

original report shows module_pool on top but my report shows report zpamu_main.

Hi,

Please check the report to see if the statement

REPORT <reportname>

has been mentioned more than once. If so, delete the unnecessary ones.
