Hi,

after posting IDOC in the source system, how to check the status of the IDOC,and if you find not posted successfully how to handle the IDCO.

And at the receivers system how to check the status of IDOC execution, and how to handle the errors in processing the IDOC.

Please provide the explanation in detail.

Hi after posting the idoc use following Transactions

WE02------> To check the status of the idoc

WE19------> To reexecute the idoc

Hi,

Once the IDOC is sent out of the system, when you look at the IDOC in WE02 it should have 03 status.

In the recieving the system the IDOC should have 53 status if the data is posted to the application successfully.

Else the IDOC will have 51 status explaining the error with the IDOC.

WE19 - This is not for reexecuting the IDOC, but a TEST TOOL to check your configurations. If you have to resend you will have to do it from the transaction which triggered the IDOC.

01 Error --> Idoc Added

30 Error --> Idoc ready for dispatch(ALE Service)

then goto SE38 --> Execute the Program RBDMIDOC

29 Error --> ALE Service Layer

then goto SE38 --> Execute the Program RSEOUT00

03 Error --> Data Passed to Port ok

then goto SE38 --> Execute the Program RBDMOIND

12 Error --> Dispatch ok

Inbound Status Codes

50 Error --> It will go for ALE Service Layer

56 Error --> Idoc with Errors added

51 Error --> Application Document not posted

65 Error --> Error in ALE Service Layer

for 51 or 56 Errors do the following steps

goto WE19 ~~> give the IDOC Number and Execute~~>

Press on Inbound function Module

for 65 Error --> goto SE38 --> Execute the Program RBDAPP01 then your getting 51 Error

if you want new request create new Request orpress continue for transfering the objects

Goto Tcode BD64 -- click on Change mode button

goto add message type

Model Name : MODEL_ALV

Give Model View : MODEL_ALV

Partner system : ERP800

execute this by press F8 Button

it will gives you sending system port No :A000000015(Like)

5) Goto Tcode BD64

seelct the modelview

goto ~~>edit~~>modelview-->distribute

press ok & Press enter

6)goto Tcode : BD10 for Material sending

Material : mat_001

Message Type : MATMAS

Logical System : ERP800

and Execute

7)goto Tcode : BD11 for Material Receiving

Material : mat_001

Message Type : MATMAS

and Execute --> 1 request idoc created for message type Matmas

press enter

Here Master Idoc set for Messge type MATMAS-->press Enter

Hi,

run transaction WE02

enter idoc type or message type.

it will list all ur processed idocs

chk status there.

In WE19 u can use the same data and create another idoc.U can also debug and see why idoc is going wrong.

Hi,

YOU can check the statistics of idocs using WE02/WE05.When the idoc posted successfully(outbound idoc) the staus of the idoc should be 03 in the source system.

In the target system again using WE02/WE05 you can check the idocs statistics now the status of the idoc should be 53(inbound idoc) . Once the idoc posted in the Target system the associated the Function module or work flow will process the idoc and will post into application.
