can i have some documents in pdf, as to inform you basically i am not a ABAPer but i am working on the BW side where in i need a lot of orientation to Function Modules. So please, if you have do send me any documents on Function Modules.

Hi Chandrasekhara,

You can go through this pdf document, which is on ABAP Workbench Tools. In it , you can go to the Function Builder Section, which talks about Function Modules.
