Problem filling item text in BAPI_PR_CREATE

Hello guys,

I am using the bapi BAPI_PR_CREATE. I am having problems on filling up the text in the item level. I used the textID 'B04' the text will supposed to be in the 'material PO text' text field but it instead was placed in the 'item text' field.

How do I go about it?

Need you expert advice on this.

Are you sure there is a text id B04 exists. Did you check going to the PR screen as I suggested in the other thread.

You will have to double click on the text editor, which opens the text in the full screen mode, only then you will be able to see the menu.

Hello Ravikumar,

Yes I did. Under the text tab of the current line item, i clicked on the Material PO text and choose SAPscript editor on the drop down list and went to the text editor. I choose goto-->header and there I found its corresponding text id which is B04. I wonder why it is still placed in the item text field (which is text id - 'B01')?

Another thing. What's the use of TEXT_FORM in table PRITEMTEXT?

Hope you could help me on this.
