Hi,

I guess that URL for help is based on context and you just confirm one specific URL by pop up dialog. If you go to Options -> Tab Security -> Security Settings then you can create your own security rule. For example if you create a new record for type File with Object = http://* and access type execute then GUI won't ask security question for any URL. So you can try to create a suitable regular expression for your case.

Cheers

hi all,

my job is to create silent installations and i have a problem with SAP 7.20 installation.

everything is ok except 1 SAP GUI Security pop-up that i can't get rid of.

when clicking on help and choosing our online help, i get the message: "The system is trying to execute the program/display the file" followed by the help file i want. the problem is that in the drop-down menu, i choose the option "always allow" but it does not work. the message keeps coming back everytime i access my help file.

can someone help me fix this, so users won't have to see this popup everytime they access the help file?

thank you!
