character format on include text in smart form ??

hello,

i want to apply a character format on my include text, as we do on text elements .. how to apply it on include text ??

I don't think there is any way of doing that.

Make the required font of the TEXT to be the default one and then proceed

well u can try giving this

give text id - 0001

object - vbbk

language - nast-spras

name - 01

reply if it helps u . if it doesnt works then u can use fn module read_text

How can i apply the character format(defined in our smartform style) to the include text, as we apply it to the text elements.. ?

Hi,

In the OUTPUT OPTIONS you can specify the style, this has to be created as SMART Style and the default character format will be applicable to the text.

Hey dude ,

Just go to the <b>output option</b> of the text and include the smartstyle, where you have mentioned the required charecter format. Before doing this you should have activated your smartstyle .

Your problem will be solved.

Hi Shehryar Dahar,

If that standard text is going to be used only in this form then you can do one thing. In the standard text itself enclose all the text between <C1> and </>, C1 is a Character Format in your Smart Style.
