      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the OUTPUT OPTIONS you can specify the style, this has to be created as SMART Style and the default character format will be applicable to the text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ravi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note : Please mark the helpful answers&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey dude ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just go to the &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;output option&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt; of the text and include the smartstyle, where you have mentioned the required charecter format. Before doing this you should have activated your smartstyle .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your problem will be solved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kunal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Shehryar Dahar,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  If that standard text is going to be used only in this form then you can do one thing.
