      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can create a task number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;b&amp;gt;creating task is nothing but adding another user name to the request. i can say, if you add a user to the request/object, it will create a task under that request to that user. all the changes done by that user comes under that task.&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for any program which is assigned to a request, go in change mode, system will come up with a pop-up indicating "a TASK WILL BE CREATED UNDER THE REQUEST &amp;lt;REQ NO&amp;gt; ".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this way you can create. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IF you already have a request &amp;amp; want to add tasks to that request: goto SE09-&amp;gt; menu REQUESTS/TASKS-&amp;gt;REQUEST-&amp;gt;ADD USER -&amp;gt; in the pop-up give the user name &amp;amp; say enter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SYSTEM WILL Create a task for that user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;srikanth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
