Relate PR by PR Release Code

Dear SDN Team,

In our organization, for releasing PR there is 2 authority check.

Now a report need to be generated where PR release status will be shown if 1 person release and other has pending to release the same.

From table T16fs (FRGGR , FRGSX) i get release code for said PR , but i am failed to relate which PR is released by which release code .

W'd you please tell me the table name...

Check fields FRGKZ, FRGZU and FRGST from table EBAN and T161F., purchase requisitions.

(fields FRGGR FRGSX are from tables EKKO and T16FS, purchase orders)

But i am failed to assign the PR, which are not released, exists in same release group but having diff release code.

Hi salmalikol,

I have done exactly same requirement in my current client but it was for PO. You will not get any release code, you have to understand based on FIELD FRGZU. If it is 'X' then it means the first release code has gone release. Similarly if it is 'XX' then both have released the PR.

Here we have 9 different forms of releases for PO, based on diferent conditions I have to find out which release is applicable, for some conditions it wuill be 3 level and for some 5 levele and so on.You are lucky that you have only 2 level release is available :).
