SAP Script for PM Notifications in IW21 Tcode

Hi Experts,

I want to modify SAP Script for PM Notifications in IW21 Tcode.

Script Name:QM_REPLY

I copied this script to a Zscript and made changes to it.

Now I want to assign this modified script for this Tcode.

Can any one help me how to assign this modified script.

I tried in NACE and couldn't found Application Name for PM Notification.

I also tried in OID1 tcode.

Hi,

You must change the Customizing for your print. Sorry at the moment I do not have access to a PM system.

Ask a PM Functional Consultant or start SPRO and seach on Notification or Document.

Hi Rob,

When I debug the notification flow,I got the following details:

Function pool:SAPLQM06

Include:LQM06TOP

c_form like itcta-tdform value 'QM_REPLY'

The script is hardcoded here.

Can you pls tell me where to replace this functionpool with my driven program?

I tried to change it in OID1,but same standard function pool is getting called and hence the standard script(QM_REPLY) is getting displayed.

Can I change the script name in SAPLQM06 directly?

Pls advice me.

Hi,

As rob mentioned it is customization. Please check in SPRO

Spro->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service->Maintenance and Service Processing->Print Control

I dont think this is a developer job. Ask ur Functional consultant to do the config in SPRO.

You can access the same via SPRO, path defined as follows:

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service>Maintenance and Service Processing>Notification Processing>Notification Print Control>Define Shop Papers, Forms and Output Programs

Read the documentation for further details. I would ask you to take help of your PM functional for configuring the forms.

PS: If you're comfortable using the trxns, you can use OIDA & OIDB.

Hi All,

Thanx for your valuabale inputs.

I have done the above mentioned settings in OIDA and OIDB.

After switching the debugger on and executing IW21,SAPLQM06 is getting called and hence the standard for is getting called.

Can any one tell me how to change the script name as my own customized form and this customized driven program has to be called automatically on executing IW21.

You should also copy SAPLQM06 to a customer namespace and use this copy in your Customizing.

In trxn. OIDA you can configure your custom output program & form. Did you consult with your PM functional ?

Hi All,

I have done the settings as given below.

1) I created a copy of QM_REPLY as ZQM_REPLY and made necessary changes to it.From SE71 I got print program name(SAPLZQM06) for this modified script.

2) I went to OIDA Tcode and created a new notification overview and mentioned output program as SAPLZQM06 and form name as ZQM_REPLY and activated it.

3) Then in Tcode OIDB, I checked the selection tab for Doc Type M* and Paper 10*.

Eventhough while executing IW21,SAPLZQM06 is not getting called and instead SAPLQM06 is called so I am getting the same standard format.

Pls help me to resolve this issue.
