The best and easiest way I found sending same IDOC to multiple destinations is by proposing multiple outputs. Just add another partner number for that output type.

Note: This output type has to be configured to accept multiple issuing and the general output proposal should be on an inclusive strategy. So if you're using a standard output type (or one which is mirrored from standard) then you should be fine.

If you have to use distribution model, then you cannot have sender/receiver on a partner profile. Only one of these has to be setup.

Hi,

Can I send same idoc to multiple destinations directly from SAP using ALE configuration?

At some forums, it was said that master data idocs can be configured with multiple receivers in idoc distribution model. Ours is not master data idoc, it is custom idoc. While I tried to configure multiple receivers in distribution model, it is giving me error message.

Can I configure multiple receivers in ALE distribution model?

thanks..HP
