Custom Vendor Master Fields

Hello All,

We have created a custom vendor master field using BADIs vendor_add_data and vendor_add_data_cs. We also added the field to a new append structure under the LFB1 table. I want to add this field to field groups and perform other customization tasks with this new field, such as making the field optional/mandatory for certain vendor account groups; however, I do not see the field in SPRO. Please let me know how to add this field to customization.

you said its a custom field, I doubt if that will be available in SPRO... you need to find a user exit or enh spot to write a loop at screen and acheive what you want.

But custom fields are able to be modified in SPRO. For example, a custom material master field that I recently created was able to be added to a given field group, so I figure that the vendor master should be the same.

Please take a look at pooled table TMODP and see if that helps.
