      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello all!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i would like to export the contents of an internal table to the appliation server. i tried via OPEN DATASET, but my itab contains not only character type data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i do not want to copy all content into a parallel structure with all character type colums &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you know a way to export an internal table on application server, in a way that it is readable by ms excel?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Matthias, i think that the only solution is using a parallel structure with all character type colums.  Also use 'SAP_CONVERT_TO_CSV_FORMAT' to convert the internal table to csv format in order to be readable by ms excel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Andrez&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
