Hello,

I have created a new custom infotype HRP9200. I have used the FM 'RH_UPDATE_INFTY' to change some of the

data on this new HRP9200. However, it is failing with the exception 'ERROR_DURING_UPDATE'. Looking through

the explanation it suggests that unless this new infotype must exist in the personnel planning database.

How can one check this??. How can one add the new infotype into the personnel planning database ??

If not does anybody know a FM I can use to update my custom infotype??

Any help much appreciated.

Hi andy,

First check it out ur infotype contains hri structure ..once the structure is created it is should available in personnel plannning databse.

i hope there is a problem with a characteristics of a object type of ur custom infotype.
