SHP_IBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA Process Code?

Hi Experts,

I have two Scenarios for creating the Inbound Delivery.

1. When i am creating the Inbound delivery using T-code 'VL31N' against Standard PO then IDOC for the delivery is getting created and transferred to WMS.

2 When i am creating the Inbound delivery using T-code 'VL31N' against Third Party PO then IDOC for the delivery is not getting created.

So, is there any standard setting for this scenario or is it done by any customization.Actually i am not able to find out the process code for message type SHP_IBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA.

Anybody have idea why this happening or how can check the root cause for this
