Since it is calling internally the BAPI BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST and you want to update custom fields there are two ways.

1. Best is implement BADI INVOICE_UPDATE to pass custom fields to ACCIT.

2. Create substitution for the same.

Nabheet

There are two ways to do this.

1) You can use Business transaction event RWBAPI01. Refer to this Wiki post more information. [Business Transaction Event - RWBAPI01 - For Accounting Document Interface |http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=195726664].

2) You can create implementation for BADI: ACC_DOCUMENT.
