Regarding SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1

Hi Experts,

When i am executing the FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 in my report .

SY-SUBRC is 0.

But the mail is not received by the reciepent .

Please let me know the problem ,how to proceed.

Hi,

Please make sure you are filling the receivers table correctly as shown below.

tbl_maillist-com_type = 'INT'.

tbl_maillist-receiver = p_email.

tbl_maillist-rec_type = 'U'.

APPEND tbl_maillist.

You can check if the mail has been sent or not from SOST transaction.

Hi,

Check in TCode SOST wheather mail to be sent are there or not.

If mails are there then don't worry as mails used to come in queue till SOST and goes outside after some configurations in SMTP and SCOT.

So if mails are there in SOST then ABAPer's job is done, to make it go outside is BASIS consultant's job.
