Retrieve SID of characteristic from cube through program

Hi Friends,

I am using FM RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ to retrieve the char & key figs from a cube. But I also require the request ID for the entries that I select. But unfortunately request IDs are stored in the SID field of the request ID char.

Can someone help me with how to capture the SID field of request ID in the cube? I need to code for this.

i found it myself Using the FM if you have to pick the request ID it will give you a value like this 'APO_R4ID7HZLUPO8CHG8V9YZO85XDK'. Now go to the SID table of that field and give this value. It will give you the corresponding SID which is what I needed.
