OTF data to Excel

Hi,

Iam converting OTF format to excel

1) OTF to ASCII (using Convert_to_otf)

2)ASCII to Excel.

when I download data to excel the alignment of the data goes wrong.

Hi Baskar,

Chcek between these two steps, if the alignment is proper oafter the first step itself.

If not, align it properly after the first step itself and then do the ASCII to EXcel part.

Hai Baskar,

If your requirement is to mail then FM CONVERT_OTF_AND_MAIL will do it,

If you want to download onto the local PC

FM CONVERT_OTF and

FM GUI_DOWNLOAD will do.

what does this mean ?? any indentation problem or what ?

Hi All,

Iam trying convert OTF data basically from Smartform output which is exactly what I required came out perfectly in case of PDF and the same I am trying to do the same in excel the indentation and the alignment goes wrong is not same as Smartform output.
