topic HR IDOCS indirect processing in Application Development and Automation Discussions

Hello all,

I have a question about HR IDOCS. When posting an idoc HRMD_A, there is no value-check on fields or triggering of indirect operations such as dynamic procedures.

In our case we need to interface specific infotypes from a non-sap system to sap. We use ALE/IDOCS as interface method. This is working fine, but fields such as ENAME in infotype 0001 or NCHMC in infotype 0002 are still empty after processing the IDOC. Normally (when using PA30 or PA40) SAP fills this fields indirectly.

Does anyone of you know a setting which triggers indirect operations such as described above?

Kind regards,

Roy
