Oubound program triggered from message control

Hi Friends,

i have a custom transaction which stores/update 2 database tables. Now i want to use message control technique for transaction(custom transaction)to generate outbound idoc. so, what steps in nace transaction should i configure and what is the procedure for programming.

Hi,

I am not sure if you can apply message control technique for a custom transacational message.

As I understand the messaging controls are for specific transaction data and the same can be configured. But for a different process altogether, I am not sure if you can do that.

Message control technique is an old technique. Instead of this you should use the BAPI based version.

You can build a custom BAPI and custom Idoc type.

I never tried this, but I'd try this way.
