Hi,

if i'm looking at ST03N is can see in the daily summary a column named average resonse time for the task type dialog.

If i'm executing the function module

SWNC_COLLECTOR_GET_AGGREGATES

i can see in the result the number of dialog steps, but not the average response time.

So i guess this field is calculated, does anybody know how or is there a FM or a method to calculkate this?

I tried to have a look at the result table in Se11, but unfortenutaly the description of the columns is more then worse. Looking at the technical settings of the desired column gives me an idea on how to calculate this, but i have a problem of assigning the mentioned cloumns with their physical names in the result table of the aboce mentioned function call.

Any help appreciated.
