Hi ,

First include the new fields you want to add to this Custom infotype in CI_9XXX.

Second enhance the screen with PM01 using the structure.Steps are given in the thread . Just work it out its easy ..

Next use t582 c to club the new screen in case you want to use a subscreen sort of thing.

Place check in the MPXXXXXX program of screen 9xxx as per the requirement on this new fields.

//Safe side....We are thinking Adding new fields in Custom Infotype. & displaying corresponding fields for countries in another tab

& hiding the old tab.

I did not understand what you mean by old tab. Is it any tab screens you have designed?

Just check if you can trigger the new field's added based on feature if it is related to countries . Otherwise grouping on the fields will be enough i suppose in the new screen.

Br,

Vijay.

No for custom infotype there is no point of having CI include ,since you can always enhance the structure of infotye (it being custom)

Please see this :

http://sapimg.wordpress.com/tag/infotype/

Also to hide fields go to t588m(table) and make the fields invisible which you dont want to see

Edited by: pr@t on Aug 24, 2010 7:05 PM

Edited by: pr@t on Aug 24, 2010 7:07 PM
