Good day Experts

We currently using ALE to transfere data (for purchasing) from one SAP R/3 system to another.

We are using 3 SAP standard message types (that in config have filters and pointers etc)

BLAORD (for scheduling agreements)

INFREC (for info records)

and COND_A (for pricing conditions on both Sch Agrrements and Info Recs)

Currently we use program RBDMIDOC to run these message types.

If we dont run the conditions last obviously the recieving SAP system does not create the conditions for the info records or scheduling agreements that was not run yet.

Now the business wants to be able to run BLAORD (Sch Agreements) and then only the COND_A for the Sch Agreements and then INFREC and then only the COND_A for IInfo records...

Any suggestions?

Your help will really be appreciated.

Thank you for your quick response.

I have tried creating a variant but it only has the message type as a parameter on the screen so it will do the exact same as when i run it by hand.. you mentioned the pointers... where can i edit these to get the conditions to run either of info recs or sch agreements.

And due to the fact that this failed the business wants to rerun all the message types again... Is there any way to pick up all the data again instead of just the updated (or changed) documents?
