Auto settlement rule

In the service order once the network and activity is referred in the additional data , system should fill the settlment rule automatically to NWA with network activity number and to 100% , ,Using the user exit EXIT_SAPLCOI1_027 , the following code

suppose to fill the settlment rule automatically as order is released and the logic is not been pushed to the COBRB table where the (receiver)settlment rules of the corresponding object is getting stored.

To push the settlement rules - Is the above logic to be followed by EXIT_SAPLKOBS_001 or K_SETTLEMENT_RULE_FILL & else?

Please help in to get the functionality
