Welcome to SDN.

You can achieve all of this by creating the infoset in SQ01. No, you are not expecting too much from a query.

The tables you will have to use are EKKO, EKPO and EKKN.

Go and experiment with SQ01. If you need basic help on creating an infoset --> google with keywords 'sap query tutorial'.

Come back when you have a specific question.

Hi Both

Thanks for the time you have both taken to get back to me.

I have built the table join using EKKO, EKPO, EKKN, LFM1, LFA1 which pulls through most of what i need.

The issue im having now is that for an example a PO is spread over a number of line with different cost centres allocated to the seperate lines, Where the individual lines should show how much each line costs, each line is showing the overall value of the PO.

Pyeski

Perhaps you have the wrong field on display? The value you seek can be found in EKPO-NETPR.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried that and the two lines of the PO are still showing the total.

I.e the PO is valued at £100 with each of the two lines of the PO being £50 each.

On the report, it shows each line being £100 therefore not reflecting the cost distribution.

Pyeski
