blank values in select options

In the Selection Screen, In the select option you can select for the freight forwarder number.

When you select u201Cblanku201D (empty) in the field u201CFreight Forwarderu201D behind the selection criteria

The result of the list should be all sales order item lines without Freight Forwarder

(see picture below)

How can i select only blank values in select options?

Hi Raghunandan ,

Do you mean you need to select only those records whose field(used in select option) , has blank values?

Then you can make use of Parameters and do not enter any value on them.

It will solve your problem.

Doubble click on the selection options field & then choose equal to ( = ) symbol.

Hi,

Place the cursor on selection option u201CFreight Forwarderu201D field, click F2 (Last symbol after in Application toolbar), now select equal to from that, execute the report it will give only u201CFreight Forwarderu201D equal to blank records.

SELECT-OPTIONS: SO_FWD FOR TABLE-FREIGHT-FORWARDERFIELD .

You can do this way.

SO_FWD -SIGN = 'I'.

SO_FWD -OPTIONS = 'EQ'.

SO_FWD -LOW = BLANK.

SO_FWD -HIGH = BLANK.

APPEND SO_FWD TO SO_FWD.

or simply check body of the SO_FWD[] is initial then select the records.

You need to handle this logic in AT SELECTION-SCREEN event.

AT SELECTION-SCREEN.

IF s_freight IS INITIAL.

Your Logic

ENDIF.

hi,

just check with this logic after the select condition tat

IF s_frght[] is initial.

delete itab where freight is not inital.

endif.

IF there is no performance issue then u can use this logic
