PR release approval

Dear all,

I want that whenever a PR is created in mySAP ERP system, i should receive a message in my inbox containing few specifications about the respective material, quantity, etc and the most important thing what i need is I can release that PR from my inbox itself, that means i dont have to login into mySAP ERP.

Is this possible?

Harsh.Bill ,

1. When ever you pr is created you will trigger in a mail in badi implimentation for ME_REQ_POSTED you will get all details as parameter in the badi method to build your mail Body hear you will have a HREF link to trigger a RFC Function module

2 for the release then you can write a Wrpper Function module ( Remote Enabled ) and call a bapi BAPI_PR_CHANGE to release it...but in that case you need to do a lot's of Stuff...

I know it too rough idea...

Hello ...the second part is bit comples..you will be needing a JSP expert for same....Your ABAP's will write a Function Module to release a PR using the Mentioned bapi but you need to take advice of JSP expert to invoke the Function Module ...!
