When ever you pr is created you will  trigger in  a mail in badi implimentation for ME_REQ_POSTED you will get all details as parameter in the badi method to build your mail Body hear you will have a HREF link to trigger  a RFC Function module &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 for  the release then you can write a Wrpper Function module ( Remote Enabled ) and call a bapi BAPI_PR_CHANGE to release it...but in that case you need to do a lot's of Stuff...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know it too rough idea...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but hope it helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want that whenever a PR is created in mySAP ERP system, i should receive a message in my inbox containing few specifications about the respective material, quantity, etc and the most important thing what i need is I can release that PR from my inbox itself, that means i dont have to login into mySAP ERP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Harsh Sarun&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
