Log not found: BAPI_PPR_MAINTAIN(CRM bapi)

Hi Guys,

I am using above bapi in CRM system to create PPR ids am able suucessfully post the data

but in return table am getting message 'Log not found in main memory' of type E.

Please help me out if any body worked on it,how to over come that message and get a success message instead.

Hi Iamtheviking,

currently I have no CRM system I could access.

The error happens when application log features are not handled correctly. This can have a couple of reasons.

Note 1097365 - Log not found in main memory after COA is for LEASING application

Note 697274 - Marketing planner error: Log not found in main memory applies for direct mailing

If you made a client copy or transferred application logs directly from one client to another recently, then

Note 1569267 - Log not found (in main memory) may be applicable.

You can check the Call of FM BAL_DB_LOAD or some other BAL* calls to locate the error.
