stuck process chains

Hi all,

I have a process chian & in the chain i have a process called master data texts load. This master data texts load process is stuck & is in yellow, but wen i go for the option "process monitor" & check whats the problem, then it shows that all the jobs inside that process are completed. even whne i refresh the chain, that process is still yellow & doesnt move ahead.

anyone could please help me??

We are seeing similar problems where a step in a chain is green but the subsequent step does not start.

Is ths a similar problem to the one you encountered, if so what was the resolution.
