How to connect from SAP to a Visual Basic Apps or Program

I want to execute and pass parameters to a visual basic program either by:

1.- RFC conection and pass parameters.

2.- Execute program and pass parameters.

Hello,

This information is going to be very useful but what I need is the other way arround.

I want to develop a ABAP program that should be able to connect to a VBA apps and execute a function module (Say, updating some DB records where the base information comes from R/3)

I also need to send parameters to that function module.

I tried to Install it but is seems the .NET Framework needed is at least 1.1.4332
