List box on selection screen

Hi,

I have created a list box on selection screen and i am passing the values to that dynamically. My requirement is when i select any value from list and press enter the value is reset to the blank in that field.

What i need to do to keep that value even when any user action happens or execute the report ?

Did you write the code to populate the listbox in AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT event ?

Do the following.

PARAMETERS name(n) AS LISTBOX VISIBLE LENGTH n. Here n is an integer and name is the name of parameter.

Fill the drop down table att the selection screen event AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT. Your work will be done.

I forgot to give you the function module used to fill the drop down table.

PARAMETERS name(n) AS LISTBOX VISIBLE LENGTH n. Here n is an integer and name is the name of parameter.

Fill the drop down table att the selection screen event AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT USING function module 'VRM_SET_VALUES' . Your work will be done.

Hi Srinath,

Check the below thread,

Create a test program as explained in the thread and Check

You need to pass same values to both Key and Text (As per my observations then only they will be displayed on Screen after you press enter )

I faced similar Issue, hence i could advice you about it.

APPEND VALUE TO LIST.

VALUE-KEY = '2'.

VALUE-TEXT = 'LINE 2'.

APPEND VALUE TO LIST.

VALUE-KEY = '3'.

VALUE-TEXT = 'LINE 3'.

APPEND VALUE TO LIST.

CALL FUNCTION 'VRM_SET_VALUES'

EXPORTING ID = NAME VALUES = LIST.
