SAP Cryptograph - SSF

Hi experts,

I have to cryptograph and store a password in a transaparent table. Later I will recovery this password and send to a Java system. The Java will decryptograph the password.

I have been searching and find the SSF. Do I have to use SSF to acquire the result above?

Hi,

first explain what SSF is.

Perhaps function DB_CRYPTO_PASSWORD can help you. The only problem now is to know if Java has a class with a method which is able to decrypt the password you´ll send.

SSF stands for Secure Store & Forward.

The problem when use the fucntion that you said is the Java system. It must decrypt the password.
