I have even used bapi_transaction_commit with parameter wait = 'X', after the 1st bapi(313). The first BAPI gets executed sucessfully. But For the second BAPi is gives an error "BA stocK in transfer Exceeded By 27 " . I have put the correct Storage location, Plant and other details.
