system error function module

When I execute transaction /SAPAPO/CPP. Then when we select locgical system as WCD320 and executing. The below error.

System error Function module

"CIF_ERROR_LOG_OPERATE_NEW" not fo for call in

system WCD320

please help me out.

It should get fixed after applying note 1241057 - CIF Postprocessing: CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND.

In Quality system it is working fine , why this is only happens in development .

Development only it is giving error as call function not found , but quality it is working fine .

May i know the valid reason.

Note is not required for this because quality it is working but development only its not working . how note is the solution for this I am not obey for note there will be some other reasons behind this. Please suggest me.

Hi,

unfortunately, I've seen inconsistencies between QA and DEV systems. I would still check that note. It's not that hard download OSS note in transaction SNOTE and see if it's valid for your release. There might be a difference in your data. So in QA it does not need to call that FM but it does in DEV.

If that note is not relevant for your release then I would try to debug whole process in DEV and QA to see where the difference is.
