User Exit for IDoc PEXR2002 - Debug Issue

Hi,

We need to populate PO, PO Item and Batch on PEXR2002 IDoc's segment E1EDP02. Based on some search, I found that User Exit zxf08u04 in EXIT_SAPLIEDP_002 can be used to get this functionality.

When I put a Break-Point in Include LIEDPF15, when it calls the User Exit, and ran Tcode F110 or Program RFFOEDI1, it's not stopping at this break-point. I want to see how the data is being gathered.

Also, Include LIEDPF15 is used in Main Program SAPLIEDP (EDI - Payment/Payment Advice Processing).

I want to understand how Programs RFFOEDI1 and SAPLIEDP are connected.

Could you please help me? I greatly appreciate that.

I was reading OOS Note 1248868 it says "For the exit to be processed, the segment must be registered in transaction

OBAZ". Do we have to do that in order to able to debug this? Please let me know. Thanks.

1) Create a project and activate the project (user exit) CMOD if it is done and not working

2) Put the External Debugging point and activate the external debugging point in your system.

Thanks for the reply. I know that I have to create a project for this. But before doing that, I want to debug the program "LIEDPF15" where this user exit is being called. However it is not triggering. Any idea? Thanks.
