FM L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE returns error message

Hi all,

I have a request to create a customized program to have mass upload for LT01. Now I am testing with the function module L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE. I have input all the data that needed like what I have done in LT01, however I am getting an error message. Please see below.


Storage bin Rxxxx is not a fixed bin for material 11xxxxx
Message no. L3104

Diagnosis
According to the definition in your system, a fixed bin is defined for this material in the storage type into which you want to place the stock.  However, the storage bin specified is not the same as the fixed bin.

Note that, this error is a warning if I am using transaction code LT01.

Please guide me how to resolve this problem?

Hi,

basically, if there is some value in field MLGT-LGPLA then you can use only this value for destination/return bin. So the reason for your error is in your data. Hence you need to speak with functional consultant. If you think that data are correct then search for OSS notes.
