Smartforms Photo display

Hi all,

I need to Display Photo's in the Smartforms, which will be dynamic, Is't mandatory that Photo's has to be

uploaded in SE78. Is there any alternative ways.

Hi,

I will suggest you a better solution..

1. First upload all the images in SE78. With the name like Image_1, Image_2,Image_3 ....

2. Create a Global variable in Global definitions Like W_text.

3. In your window , create Program lines .. here put w_text in both input parameters & In output parameters..

there must be any condition on which you wud like to display the images.. so pls code like below in Program lines..

if condition_ 1 = 'X'. 
            w_text = 'IMAGE_1'. 
      elseif condition_ 2 = 'X'. 
            w_text = 'IMAGE_2'. 
      elseif condition_ 3 = 'X'. 
            w_text = 'IMAGE_3'. 
      endif.

4. Now create a Graphic window, In General Attributes pass Name as

&w_text&

.. and all the other parameter like Object as GRAPHICS , ID as BMAP ...

so your image will be call as per your condition..

I think thats all you need.

Hi i'm uploading phot's to Transaction, from there i need to fetch, do i need to upload in SE78 also? or is't possible to fetch into smartform from transaction

You just need to up load the images into SE78 one by one.. Then only you can call that into your form..

Do you need any more info.. Pls let me knw..

Hi lokesh,

You mean to say, we can fetch photo's to Smartform, only if it is uploaded in SE78 or else its not possible right.

Yes..

It is ver simple to upload images into SE78 and in smartforms.

SE78 -> Graphics -> BMAP (Double click) -> Click on Import -> Select the location (Frm your disc) -> Give all the parameters.
