    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi abdul,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. the ideal way is to goto se80&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. open the function group &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. CLICK on the function group.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. right-click and select COPY !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. In this way, it will copy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   all includes, top files, all functional modules .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. A new window will come&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   there u have to specify the NEW name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   of the related function module,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  for all fms.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;amit m.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Abdul,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can go to tcode &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;SE80&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt; and select function group that you want to copy then do right click and choose &amp;lt;b&amp;gt;Copy&amp;lt;/b&amp;gt; selection. You can give any new name based on your company naming convention.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i.e ZF01&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Z	x	(up to 29 chars)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;|	|	Unique Descirption&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;|	Functional Descriptor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Identifier&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this will help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ferry Lianto&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

To access the function library from the Development Workbench, press the Function Library button on the Application toolbar.
