Issue with updating loading group using BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA

Hello,

I am trying to extend material to different plants. It is working fine and is creating corresponding entries in table MARC, but the field loading group is not taking any value. I am passing the value to the LADGR field and setting it X in the MARCX structure but it is creating an entry in MARC with loading group as blank. I have selected purchasing view,mrp view, aacount view and storage view. Please suggest.

Hi ,

Please ask with ur Functional Guy regarding this. I also had the same Problem. He needs to Update the group in some table.If he updates only the Group will gets updated.

Hi,

I'm not sure if this is also the solution you found, but I had the same problem, and I solved it by enabling the "SALESVIEW" flag in the header. I think that even though it's a plant-related data, since it's in the "SALES/PLANT" view of the material you need to activate both SALESVIEW and PLANTVIEW flags.

Hope this helps anyone else as well.
