Function module for service notification

Hi,

i have to manually create service notification also parallely check if the notificatin is already there and update notification details.

Please let me know which function module can be used also the status should be passed from input or status field should be updated from impor tparameters.

Also for item level there are service order no etc to be update please let me know which functionmodule can be used

Check the BAPI/FM beginning with BAPI_SERVNOT, also [Note 604300 - FAQ: BAPI_ALM_NOTIF* and BAPI_SERVNOT*|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/604300] should fulfill your reqirement.

You can use BAPI_SERVICENOTIFICAT_CREATE for creating PM notification.

Pass header data and notification item data to this fm.

Check if you can use the function module STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN to change the status.

Hi,

I have to create notification also in change mode i need to change the values for longtexts etc.but i dont find the bapi for creating as if now iam using bapi_servnot_create which will create longtexts but for change please let me know the function module.Also when iam changing the characteristic values.It should get updated in the ausp.Please let me know if any function module available other than clf*ausp
