VOFM Create Custom routine output control SD

Hi Experts,

How can I code the custom routine to be created with logic:

An email will be issued to the desired recipient if

Overall status is not complete or

Rejection status is not complete or

Delivery status is not complete or

Credit status is not complete or

Overall blocked status is not complete or

Header data is not complete or

Header delivery data is not complete or

Header billing data is not complete or

Item data is not complete or

Item delivery data is not complete or

Item billing data is not complete or

(these data are from va03 ->goTo -> status)

do I need to do a select inside a routine?? please give me some idea..

Hi,

You have the status related data available in the routine. Check the structures KOMKBV1 to KOMKBV7. Hope KOMKBV1 has the required data for orders.
