i want to create contract order with multiple line item , using transaction va41 , data comes from another system , how can I handle multiple line item data to pass to create contact order

BAPI:BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA

for this you can pass data fron flat file and fmGUI_UPLOAD.

Hi,

try BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2.

This BAPI creates all kinds of Sales documents except for quotation.

I'm using BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATEFROMDATA. , but was able to create only one contract at a time where can i handle multiple contracts.

Hi,

You need to call this Bapi in the loop .. First get all the data in the internal tables and then Loop the internal table , move the data bapi and endloop... In this way your Bapi will be called multiple times for mutiple contracts.

First gel all the header data

loop at ltab into wa.

move data .

append lt_final_item.

endloop.

call the bapi.-->In the item table pass the internal table itab.
