infotype creation issue

hi,

I have created a new custom infotype with the correct procedure. when i tested it using PA30, the infotype specific fields are disabled. Y is that so?

check if screen group 3 is assigned (SE51).

once it is assigned you can anable/disable fields in table T588M

hi volker,

If i create a field as text box, i am able to see the field enabled in PA30. but if i modify the same field as checkbox in screen 2000, it is disabled. i have given the domain for the field as char1 for checkbox using my data element.

You have to use input enabled in attributes of that field using layout of Screen painter.

I did check the input enabled in screen attributes but no wrong n that. somehow its not happening.

in the PS structure, when i created the field, i referred it to my own data element, which has domain CHAR1. i created all the infotype and technical attributes. all are activated. when i modify the screen 2000, the layout initially appears as text field. now, i tried to delete the text field and replace it with checkbox and referred it to dictionary. now, when i check in PA30, it is disabled.
