Deactivation of Archive infostructure is only possible after deleting the records in infostructure. Hence deactivated infostructure will not have any records.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Once you activate infostructure - You should manually fill the old archive file records into infostructure but for all new archive runs system will automatically fill in your archive infostructure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this will answer your question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Ajay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After upgrading from earlier version to ECC 6.0, will the Archive Info Structure contain the Records or Not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If we deactivate the Info Structure, Will the records stored in that Info structure is deleted?.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will the records will automatically stored in the Info structure if we activate it ?.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in Advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Swarnashree.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Swarna,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow below steps in filling Infostructures:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Goto SARI - Mention Archiving object and &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Click on Status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Click on Build infostructures&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Select all required or all your old archive files and click on full structures.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Green signal will appear after succesful filling the infostructure.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this answers your question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Ajay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
