Hi,

We are using HRSM_D standard idoc to upload HR Time Data from an external system. The standard inbound processing program store Time data in the interface table for Attendances/Absences 2001/2002 (PTEX2000) and the interface table for infotypes (directory table) (PTEXDIR). After, we run RPTEXTPT, here the time data is posted to the Attendances (2002) and Absences (2001) infotypes.

The interface request is that we should replace attendance/absence data posted previously to the infotypes.

Our approach is to delete all data previously stored for the current month, and add updated data.

So, what do you guys think about our approach and how do you suggest to solve this?

Thanks in advance,

Luí
