Issue while activating a structure.

Hi Experts,

I have a structure in a VBAK table. In that structure i have added a field to the Structure.

while activating, it is showing as a Partly active.

Please help me from this issue.

try to adjust it using transaction SE14.

use se14 and click on edit.

press the button 'Activate and adjust database'.

you need to be careful as you are working on standard sap table 'VBAK'.

Hi ,

When ever we are changing any transparant table like VBAK, and active it automatically it is get adjusted in the Database whenre as some time it is not and we will get a the Par. activated, For that we need to go to SE14 and select the table readiobuton and give the table and press the activate and adjust database by keeping the Save data radiobutton same.

Hi,

Just as others have mentioned, please be cautious while performing the Data Base adjustments.Make sure that you do not do select "Delete Data" while performing Activate & Adjust Database as this would delete the records in the table during the process of activating and adjusting the table.

Each time you add fields to the table / change the data elements - do the adjustment.( Check if the data base table is inactive & then if required do the adjustment ).
